Website terms · last reviewed 11 August 2026

Terms for a narrow founding-pilot review.

These terms cover this website and the initial fit-review process. They are not a signed pilot agreement, invoice, payment request or promise that Settle Trace will accept work.

A founding pilot starts only after the firm and Settle Trace agree one written scope, the safe-input boundary is accepted and the exact payment is cleared. An inquiry or reply does not create a pilot.

1. The founding-pilot boundary

The public founding-pilot price is A$500 AUD total. Settle Trace is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not charged. If accepted in writing, the pilot is limited to one qualified firm, one declared monthly period, up to three pseudonymous client stores, no more than two agreed read-only export types and one frozen control workflow.

The intended result is one accepted field map, one deterministic batch run, one exception queue, control totals, an evidence pack and one bounded result review. The delivery date is agreed only after the exact field map and safe-input boundary are accepted.

2. What is excluded

Settle Trace does not provide bookkeeping, journal preparation or posting, tax, accounting, audit, legal or financial advice, professional sign-off, direct provider access, credentials, broad production exports, cardholder data, custom dashboards, extra connectors, fraud assurance, guaranteed savings, correctness, close completion or future product availability.

3. No online acceptance or data intake

This website has no checkout, upload facility, scheduler or public data-intake path. Do not send credentials, files, client or store identities, customer records, transaction values or authentic books in an inquiry. Any authentic-data handling requires a separate written agreement that sets the fields, purpose, transfer, access, retention, deletion and incident boundary first.

4. Professional judgment remains with the firm

The workflow applies declared deterministic checks to agreed exports and preserves unresolved states for review. It does not decide accounting treatment, approve a close, certify accounts or replace the firm’s professional judgment.

5. Website information

The synthetic example demonstrates limited mechanics using fictional data. It is not customer evidence, a compatibility claim, a performance result or a guarantee. Settle Trace may change, pause or decline the founding-pilot review at any time before written acceptance.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

Settle Trace retains its background software, generic workflow and website material. A firm retains its own data. Buyer-specific facts are not used as a public case study without separate written permission.

7. Consumer rights and governing documents

Nothing in these website terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any accepted pilot is governed by its own written scope, data terms, payment terms and any legally required supplier details. If those documents conflict with this page, the written pilot documents govern the accepted pilot.

8. Contact

For a fit-review request or a question about these terms, email pilot@settletrace.com.au. Please use only work-contact information and do not send authentic records or attachments during initial review.
