This website describes Settle Trace's marketing and enquiry-follow-up service for kitchen and bathroom renovation businesses. It is not a signed service agreement or an online checkout.

1. Service

The proposed scope covers agreed advertising, requested-enquiry response, project-fit information, consultation coordination, follow-up of actual builder-issued quotes and reporting. The precise work, service area, accounts, booking rules, launch checks and responsibilities are confirmed in a written agreement before work starts.

2. Management fees

The monthly option is A$3,300 with A$1,500 once for setup: A$4,800 initially. The three-month option is A$8,400 upfront and the six-month option is A$15,000 upfront; setup is included in both bundles. Advertising and agreed software, telephone and message usage are separate. The written proposal confirms payable amounts, applicable tax treatment, payment schedule and scope. The website creates no automatic charge or renewal.

3. Same-scope bundle comparison

Three monthly management payments plus setup total A$11,400; the A$8,400 bundle saves A$3,000. Six monthly payments plus setup total A$21,300; the A$15,000 bundle saves A$6,300. These are management-fee comparisons, not advertising-spend savings or promised returns.

4. Results and building decisions

No enquiry, appointment, building job, revenue or return is guaranteed. Illustrations use fictional project details and are not client evidence. The renovation business handles construction feasibility, project acceptance, pricing, site work and the final construction sale. Settle Trace does not provide construction certification, finance assessment or legal advice.

5. Enquiries and appointments

Preparing or sending an email does not create a purchase or appointment. Meeting times require actual availability and confirmation. Renewal, cancellation, refund and delivery terms are agreed in writing; no missing term should be assumed from this website.

6. Information and rights

A business retains its own data and accounts. Client material is used under the agreed scope and is not published as proof without permission. Our privacy notice explains website enquiries and private sales transcripts. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The actual service agreement sets the agreed commercial scope.
